What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payments by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner's Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and PayPal.

How safe is shopping? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with the secure SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by third parties. Credit card payments will also be verified using the 3D secure procedure.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

Don't worry because you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay: you can enter your credit card details directly on PayPal and complete the payment. You don't even need to register for a PayPal account.

4. CLICK "NO, THANKS" WHEN ASKING ABOUT CREATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!
DONE! YOU WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR PURCHASE! ENJOY SHOPPING 
How long does the shipping process take?

    All items sold are shipped within 12h and delivery is guaranteed in 7-12 days. For more details, take a look at ours shipping policy .

    What if I want to return or exchange an item?

    No problem, just send us a message at info@cherfulsummer.com . Please check our refund policy.   

    How do I track my package?

    We will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Enter the code you receive in the section  Track your order  to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 12h for the tracking information to be updated.

    I haven't received a tracking number, what should I do?

    If you have not received a tracking number after 12h of placing your order, you can simply send us an email and we will be happy to resolve any issues.
